Become a WowGrad

What is a WowGrad?

A WowGrad is more than a degree; here’s what actually makes the cut:

  • A completed bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from an accredited university
  • A strong, consistent academic record
  • Graduated within the last 1–2 years
  • Not yet in a permanent role in your chosen career field
  • Real evidence of the wow factor: a leadership role, standout project, award, or something else you're genuinely proud of
